We firmly believe builder can only be as good as its installers. Training is crucial, but not just in building the skills to accomplish the job. We work daily to instill pride and sense of accomplishment in our crew. That comes with professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, and quality of work!
Licensed in 2024, our current team has over 40 years of construction experience! We hope to grow that and are actively searching for both fresh and experienced talent!
Meet the Owner
Hi, I'm Jakob. I have 7 years of building experience in several different trades. I have always had a passion to build, from legos as a child to 4 years of woodworking through high school. After working for the man for all these years I have decided to go out on my own! There are many reasons I decided to take this step, from working for shady employers, to just thinking I could do it better. (They weren't all bad.) But the main reason is not feeling appreciated for my effort, stunted growth and financial opportunity. In starting this company I hope to foster an environment where gaining knowledge and skill is not only encouraged but rewarded. In turn I hope to create a trusted and reliable building company here in the Rogue Valley. Your preferred builder if you will. I'll just need your help to do it!
